Submitting the booking form sends us an inquiry. It does not reserve your date and it does not create a contract. A date is held only once we have confirmed it with you in writing and any retainer described in your project agreement has been received. Dates are booked first come, first served.
The availability shown on the booking calendar is pulled from our working calendar and is offered as a guide. It can be out of date by the time you view it. We will confirm the actual availability of your date when we reply to your inquiry.
Prices and package contents listed on this site are starting points for typical projects and are subject to change. Wedding coverage is quoted per project. The price for your project is the one stated in the written quote or agreement we send you, not the one shown on the site.
Deliverables, timelines, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, and usage rights for your specific project are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you. Nothing on this site replaces or overrides that agreement.
All video, photography, text, and design on this site is owned by Samaha Studios or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may view and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, re-edit, or use it commercially, including as training data or as part of another portfolio, without our written permission.
The work displayed on this site was produced for real clients and is shown as portfolio material. Featuring a project here does not imply that its client endorses any other project or service.
This site links to third party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site itself. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed project agreement.
